Official Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING BEYOND THE ENTRIES STATED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older (or age of majority in their state) at time of entry. Employees of Topside, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible. A free alternate method of entry (AMOE) will be provided with equal entry value to purchase entries; details will be published in the full rules before the giveaway begins. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Start and end dates will be announced.
Prize
One (1) Ford Transit van equipped with roofing equipment. Approximate retail value (ARV) will be disclosed in the full rules. Prize is non-transferable; no cash substitution except at sponsor's discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, title, registration, insurance and licensing fees. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the prize's ARV where required. Winner must hold a valid driver's license.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within the stated period and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and publicity release (where lawful). Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Where required, winner may need to correctly answer a skill-testing question. Registration with applicable state authorities (e.g., New York and Florida for prizes over $5,000) will be completed and bonded as required by law.
Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release Topside and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or acceptance and use of the prize. Topside is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or technical failures. Topside reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity. Disputes are governed by the laws of the sponsor's home state, resolved individually without class action.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide (name, email, phone, shipping address, order details, giveaway entries and contact form messages) and information collected automatically (device, browser, IP address, cookies and usage data). Payment details are processed by our payment provider and not stored by us.
How We Use It
To process orders, administer giveaways, notify winners, respond to contact form inquiries, send updates you have opted into, prevent fraud and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing & Communications
Marketing emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and include an unsubscribe link. Texts, if offered, are sent only with your express consent per the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA); reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state (including California under the CCPA/CPRA, and Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and others), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information, consistent with COPPA. Giveaway entrants must be 18+.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart, understand site usage and improve the store. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data Security & Retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
